You may cancel without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full payment for the trip will be billed to your card.
