You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days leading up to the trip, the deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. For cancellations on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your payment method.
