This excursion lasts between 3 and 6 hours, during which Captain Joshua will either keep you near Rocky Bayou or venture out into the expansive Choctawhatchee Bay. You’ll have the chance to target a variety of species such as Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Red Snapper, Redfish, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, and Tarpon. Using standard light tackle, you’ll be well-equipped to catch these fish. With his deep roots in the Choctawhatchee Bay area, Captain Joshua knows how to find the best spots to get you hooked!
The fishing vessel is a 22-foot Century center console designed to accommodate up to 4 passengers comfortably. Powered by a 225 HP Yamaha engine, it swiftly navigates to prime fishing locations. The boat comes fully outfitted with modern amenities including GPS, Fishfinder, a Live Bait Well, Snorkeling Gear, a Wireless Trolling Motor, and an Ice Box to keep your catches fresh. Additionally, Captain Joshua offers complimentary cleaning of your catch.
All fishing gear—including rods, reels, tackle, and live bait—is provided by Captain Joshua. It is recommended to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and any personal food or beverages you wish to enjoy during the trip.
