Captain Kent has been passionate about fishing his entire life and started offering professional guiding services in 2018. He truly loves sharing the thrill of fishing with others and seeing their happiness firsthand. Kent especially takes pride in pursuing the largest fish in the area; one of his proudest catches was a Black Drum weighing between 40 and 50 pounds! He thrives on challenges and enjoys showing his clients unique experiences they wouldn't encounter every day. His first mate is none other than his wife, who supports him on every trip.
Our excursion was fantastic! Captain Kent immediately had us on the fish and maintained steady success throughout the day. Four of us fished together, and each of us caught more than two fish. We even hooked a giant fish over 100 pounds, but unfortunately, the line broke. Overall, it was an incredible outing, and we would definitely fish with them again!

The fishing day was excellent. Captain Kent and his wife worked tirelessly to make sure we caught fish. We started by trolling in the Gulf, landing six beautiful amberjacks, which we had to release since it wasn’t their season. Then, Captain Kent moved us to a structured area where we hooked three false tunas and one large fish that unfortunately got away. After docking, Captain Kent filleted the tuna and recommended cooking it blackened — it turned out delicious! We fully intend to book with him again when we return next year.

Their teamwork and friendly nature truly made this trip stand out, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the morning with such a knowledgeable and welcoming pair on the water.

If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be forfeited to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or if you do not show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
