You can cancel your booking without any charges up to three days prior to your trip and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations on the day of the trip or if you do not show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your payment method.
We provide all the necessary gear, but we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any other personal items you might need during the trip.
