You can cancel your reservation at no charge if you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than three days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your payment method for the entire trip cost.
