You may cancel without any charges if you do so at least 3 days prior to your scheduled trip, and your account will be credited accordingly. If you cancel within 3 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Any cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip amount being billed to your card.
