You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be kept by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
