Following that environmental disaster, Matt took a break from fishing to serve our nation in the Army, completing a tour abroad before returning home to follow his true passion. With two decades of hands-on fishing expertise and years managing yachts for prominent clients, Matt exemplifies professionalism and high standards of cleanliness. While Blue Marlins remain his prized catch, he also thrives on the excitement of targeting Snook and Tarpon—species that fueled his love for sport fishing.

Captain Phil: Born in Sarasota and raised just down the road in Englewood, Captain Phil grew up immersed in a fishing lifestyle inside a family devoted to the sport. His passion for fishing quickly blossomed, prompting him to become a captain dedicated to sharing his deep knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm with every guest aboard. Phil takes pride in crafting memorable, one-of-a-kind fishing adventures. When not working, you’ll often find him on the water chasing Snook, Redfish, Grouper, Snapper, and even Sharks—always pursuing the next great catch.

Captain Darius: A native of Sarasota, Captain Darius has been fishing these waters for more than a decade. His diversified experience over the past five years spans all aspects of the fishing industry, from bait and tackle sales to full-fledged deep-sea excursions. Known for his adaptability, Darius enjoys targeting a wide array of fish and is passionate about providing guests with an unforgettable fishing trip. His commitment to delivering a fun and rewarding time on the water ensures each outing is a special occasion.
