One memorable day on the water, despite rough conditions, we landed two impressive Wahoo, weighing 60 and 50 pounds. The crew was outstanding, providing delicious meals, assisting us with moving safely around the boat, and expertly helping with the catch. Our time with Captain Jorge and Alex was an absolute blast! We kicked off the morning with coffee and breakfast tacos while heading out to the Pacific side of Cabo in search of Mahi. We caught a few keepers and some smaller tuna, then brought the fresh Mahi to Alexander’s right by the marina, where it was prepared in several delicious ways. I highly recommend any trips Jim and his team offer.
Communication was clear and thorough before our trip, with detailed emails from the owner covering where to go and what to bring. Where do I start? Simply AMAZING! From boarding to disembarking, the experience was five-star all the way. Captain David was a consummate professional, and the guides were talented, friendly, and elevated the entire adventure. This day will stay with me forever—we saw sharks, hooked a marlin, encountered playful sea lions, witnessed dolphins performing, and even watched a whale breach. Truly extraordinary. Our trip with an accommodating and dedicated crew was fantastic. They worked tirelessly to get us on the fish. We caught skipjack tuna and dorado, keeping in mind that March isn't the prime fishing month in Cabo, but still managed plenty of action and a memorable experience. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the trip, the deposit will be retained by the guide.
