The day we went out, the waters were quite choppy, yet we managed to reel in two impressive Wahoo weighing 60 and 50 pounds. The crew went above and beyond, providing excellent meals and assisting us throughout the boat and in bringing the fish onboard. Without a doubt, this was the best fishing experience I've ever had, and I’m already planning my next trip with Blue Sky.
We had an unforgettable time with Captain Jorge and Alex. Our morning began with coffee and breakfast tacos as we set off to find Mahi on the Pacific side of Cabo. We caught several keepers and some smaller tuna before taking our fresh catch to Alexander’s place near the marina, where they prepare the fish in a variety of delicious ways. I highly recommend any of the trips Jim and his crew offer!
Everything was clearly communicated by the owner ahead of the trip via email, including where to go and what to bring. We even caught a trophy Mahi, which we enjoyed fresh at Alexander’s, prepared four different ways right by the marina. Captains Julio and Jorge bring over two decades of local fishing expertise, making the experience both knowledgeable and enjoyable. We’re looking forward to booking again very soon for marlin season. Where to start? Absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we boarded, we received five-star treatment. Captain David demonstrated true professionalism, and the guides were skilled, friendly, and took the entire experience to the next level. It’s a day I won’t soon forget! We caught sharks, marlin, and even had a close encounter with a sea lion, plus enjoyed the spectacular show of dolphins and a whale breaching. Truly exceptional and highly recommended.

Our trip was an excellent one with a hardworking, accommodating crew focused on putting us on the fish. Although March isn’t the peak fishing month in Cabo, we still caught plenty including skipjack tuna and dorado. I would definitely choose this team again for future trips.
You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days prior to your trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip fee being charged to your card.

Your destination is the renowned Finger Banks, a legendary sportfishing hotspot located about 50 miles from the Cabo San Lucas marina. Positioned off the coast of Todos Santos, this area is widely regarded as one of the premier fishing grounds on Baja's Pacific side, particularly famous for excellent striped marlin fishing when conditions are favorable.
During the excursion, you’ll target trophy fish using a variety of techniques including light and heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, and optional dredging. Regardless of the method, Captain Alex’s expertise guarantees you’ll be in prime position to hook some impressive catches.

The trip price includes coffee with Baileys, breakfast, beer, tequila, premium spirits, soda, bottled water, ice, complimentary photography, Starlink WiFi, and fish cleaning services. Freshly made lunch is available on board for $20 per person plus tax. Souvenir long sleeve shirts are also available, priced at $20 for cotton shirts and $45 for DryFit, plus tax.
