You can cancel your reservation without any fees up to 7 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip date, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full trip cost to your payment method.
