I'm just someone who has always been drawn to the water and the thrill of fishing. My passion began early, as I got my first boat at 18 and could often be found casting a line on a nearby lake or river. I'm happily married and proud to be a parent of two wonderful kids. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I relocated to Florida over a decade ago, where my enthusiasm for fishing and water adventures only deepened.
After getting scuba certified, I realized I wanted to pursue something different. I had spent years working as a mechanic, turning wrenches daily, but I longed for a change, even though stepping away from a steady paycheck was daunting. Becoming a fishing guide was something I had always dreamed about. Finally, I took the leap and didn’t look back. Swapping tools for fishing gear turned out to be the best move I've ever made.
Now, I get to share my love of fishing and time on the water with others, which brings me immense joy. The experience exceeded all my expectations and felt natural from the start. I wholeheartedly recommend Captain Experiences — everything went smoothly, and we even had perfect weather for the outing.
