You can cancel your booking without any charges up to 4 days prior to your scheduled trip and obtain a credit in your account. If you cancel within 4 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you prefer to use during the trip.
