You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 14 days before your scheduled trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip date, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
