You can cancel your reservation at no cost up to 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
