My true passion revolves around targeting the renowned "Big Three" of the flats: the adrenaline rush of battling a snagging snook, the relentless power of a tailing redfish, and the satisfying thump of a prized speckled trout.

Recently, my wife and I enjoyed an afternoon fishing trip with Jose. From the start, his warm and approachable manner put us at ease. With his great sense of humor, we shared lots of laughs throughout the day. More importantly, the fishing was fantastic—we hooked a variety of species including spotted sea trout, sheepshead, redfish, snook, pinfish, a shark, and even the elusive triple tail. The abundance of sea trout was impressive and they made for a delicious meal. Thanks to Jose for an enjoyable afternoon; we’ll definitely book with him again next time we’re in the area!
