You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip will result in the loss of your deposit, which goes to the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
