Hi, I’m Bryan, your dedicated fishing guide based in Lincoln City. I mainly fish on the beautiful Siletz River and have been passionate about fishing for as long as I can remember. Now, my mission is to share this passion with anglers of all experience levels. I run a sturdy 26" Alumaweld boat that comfortably accommodates up to six passengers. Most of my trips include small groups ranging from 2 to 6 people, and occasionally we share trips with others. If you’re solo or just with one other person, reach out—I’ll make sure to fit you in!
Using modern technology, I’m able to find the best fishing spots, resulting in successful catches even when others aren’t landing fish. Booking with me means you can relax and enjoy your trip, knowing everything will be handled smoothly. All I ask is that you bring your fishing license, wear shoes with good traction and a jacket, and show up ready to have a great time.
We’re passionate about what we do, and the fish seem to respond to that energy. When I moved from Chicago to Oregon a few years ago, catching my first fish was a top priority for me. Thanks to Captain Bryan’s expert guidance and encouragement on a Labor Day trip, I landed a 17-pound salmon, which was incredibly exciting. Our day ended with not only that impressive salmon but also 17 crab, making for a fantastic catch. You can cancel without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full payment being processed on your card.
We recommend dressing in layers, wearing shoes with strong traction, and bringing a waterproof jacket and/or pants for protection.

This trip focuses on the Spring Chinook season, which runs from June through the summer months. We accept bookings from May through July. The Siletz River and nearby waters are rich with a variety of species including Salmon, Lingcod, Rockfish, and Dungeness Crab. With a bit of luck, you'll reel in some of these exciting catches. Typically, fishing involves drifting and bottom fishing with light tackle within a couple of miles from the ocean.
Our fishing trips range from 4 to 8 hours, sometimes shorter if we reach the catch limit sooner. We launch from a private dock on the lower Siletz River, conveniently located just minutes from Lincoln City. The area is secure and mostly private, with safe parking for vehicles. We’re happy to share local recommendations for dining, shopping, and accommodations to enhance your trip experience—just ask!
Families are welcome aboard, and children will enjoy the outing as much as adults. If you don’t have a child-sized life vest, let us know in advance, and we can provide one. Bringing snacks is a great idea to keep everyone happy throughout the day.
Our 26-foot Alumaweld Columbia fishing boat accommodates up to six passengers and is fully equipped for a successful day on the water. We supply rods, reels, tackle, and lures, and live bait is available—make sure to ask whether you’ll be catching it yourself or if it’s provided. When you book for 2 or 4 anglers, group trips may be arranged, adding to the fun experience.
Before your trip, you’ll need to purchase a local fishing and shellfish license. These are easily accessible online, or you can ask the guide for assistance. Some species may be protected or require special tags, so be sure to familiarize yourself with current regulations.
For your comfort and safety, wear shoes with good traction and dress warmly in case of poor weather. Bringing a camera, sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses is highly recommended. If you wish to bring beverages, please ask in advance. Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but hard liquor and glass containers are not allowed.
