About Your Guide

I'm Bryan, your dedicated fishing guide based in Lincoln City, focusing mainly on trips along the Siletz River. Fishing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can recall, and now I’m excited to help others discover the joy of fishing. I operate a 26" Alumaweld boat that comfortably accommodates up to six passengers. My typical outings are for groups ranging from two to six individuals, and I often share trips with others. If you’re coming alone or with a partner, reach out—I’ll find a spot for you!

Using advanced technology, I’m able to locate fish efficiently, which means we’re catching fish even when others aren’t. When you book a trip with me, you can expect a hassle-free experience and an unforgettable time on the water. Your only preparation needed is to get your fishing license, wear sturdy shoes with good grip, pack a jacket, and show up ready to enjoy.

Our passion for fishing truly shines through, and the fish respond to it. Having moved to Oregon from Chicago three years ago, catching my first fish here was a top priority. Thanks to Captain Bryan’s guidance and support during a Labor Day excursion, I landed a remarkable 17-pound salmon—a moment I’ll never forget. That day’s haul included one impressive salmon and 17 crabs, making for an exceptional day of fishing and crabbing combined. The stunning scenery of the bay and glimpses of the ocean make this trip even more special.

We’re already looking forward to our next adventure, an ocean Coho trip with Captain Bryan, who strikes the perfect balance between encouragement, entertainment, and expert instruction. I’m counting down the days until we can fish together again! This was truly an incredible experience—professional, polite, and fun. I’ll be booking with Bryan again and highly recommend his trips to anyone looking for a memorable fishing experience.

If you're planning a spring fishing adventure along the Oregon Coast, look no further than Captain Bryan, whose extensive professional experience will ensure a memorable trip. Our excursions launch from Lincoln City on the scenic Siletz River.

We specialize in Fall Chinook fishing on the Siletz River, which runs from August through October, but trips are available from July through November. These waters offer a rich variety of species, including Salmon, Lingcod, Rockfish, and both Dungeness and other Crab varieties. With some luck, you’ll land a great catch! Typically, you’ll fish within a couple of miles of the ocean using light tackle for drifting and bottom fishing.

Choose between 4-hour and 8-hour trips, though shorter outings may occur if we reach our catch limit. Our personal dock is situated on the lower Siletz River, just a few minutes south of Lincoln City. This private location provides a safe spot for parking your vehicle. We’re happy to share local dining, shopping, and lodging recommendations to enhance your visit—just ask!

Families are more than welcome, and kids aboard will have a great time. If you don’t have a child-sized life jacket, please inquire about availability. Bringing snacks is highly recommended to keep everyone happy throughout the day.

Our 26-foot Alumaweld Columbia fishing boat comfortably accommodates up to six passengers and is fully equipped with rods, reels, tackle, and lures—everything you need for a successful day on the water. Live bait is provided upon request, but you may have opportunities to catch your own. For groups of two or four, we often arrange combined trips, which add to the fun and camaraderie.

Before your trip, make sure to purchase the appropriate local fishing and/or shellfish licenses. Details are typically available online, or your guide can assist. Be aware that some species may be protected or require special tags, so understanding regulations is essential.

Prepare for your outing by wearing shoes with good grip and dressing warmly in case of bad weather. Don’t forget to bring along your camera, non-spray sunblock, hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you want to bring additional beverages, just ask—alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid hard liquor and glass containers.

Ready for a fantastic fishing experience? Book your trip with us today and get ready to enjoy everything the Oregon Coast has to offer!
