You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 3 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 3 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
