2. What is your history, and how did you get into guiding?
My passion for Key West originated during my time at the University of Miami in 1975 and deepened when I launched my first boat here in 2023. Coming from a family with a long naval heritage, the sea has always played a significant role in my life. After a diverse career—including serving as Mayor of Tuxedo Park, NY, and heading Consulting For Architects, Inc.—I combined my leadership experience with my love for the ocean to create this charter service. 3. What does your operation look like?
Our fleet features a Jeanneau NC 895 Weekender, a 30-foot power cabin cruiser designed to comfortably host up to six passengers. Our expert captains and crew are dedicated to providing a secure and enjoyable outing. The vessel boasts generous storage, a well-equipped galley, and a roomy cockpit, all contributing to a refined and comfortable experience on the water.

5. What other passions or hobbies do you have outside guiding?
Beyond the world of chartering, I have a professional background in architecture and business, having led Consulting For Architects, Inc. My love for the sea runs deep and is intertwined with my involvement in the maritime community, which inspires the high-quality services we provide through this business.

Every trip is helmed by a USCG-certified captain, who prioritizes safety and expertise. Additionally, we offer flexibility regarding your preferred departure point. Many of our guests have enjoyed wonderful afternoons on the water, complimenting the professionalism and knowledge of our crew.
You can cancel without any charges if done at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancelling on the actual day or not showing up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your payment method.
Guests are advised to bring sun protection, meals, towels, and any preferred fishing gear or tackle. We supply snacks, ice, an ice chest, bottled water, and all necessary fishing equipment and tackle. Additionally, snorkeling gear is available if you'd like to take a break from fishing. Chum and frozen bait are provided, while special requests for live bait may incur extra charges.
