This charter was created after participating in numerous fishing events for kids facing financial hardships who otherwise had no chance to experience being on the water. We also took part in gatherings for fishing enthusiasts who lacked boat access, as well as tournaments spanning nine lakes in Central Texas that offered friendly competition. It became clear to us that providing individuals the opportunity to feel that exciting tug on the line while out on the water was something truly special. Our trip offerings are crafted not just to give you a great fishing experience but to also foster confidence and teamwork among participants.

Recently, my son and I went on a guided fishing excursion with Derek, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time! Although we were originally set to fish on Lake Austin, Derek suggested we switch to Lake Travis after some new information, which turned out to be an excellent choice.
Derek’s deep understanding of the lake and his patient guidance with us beginner anglers—plus just being a genuinely great person—led to a fantastic day on the water. Despite the chilly weather and fish being somewhat reluctant to bite, we explored various spots and everyone caught fish. We even came close to landing a massive 25-pound catfish, which would have been a personal best! Overall, it was an incredible day with an outstanding guide.
Payments made as deposits for this excursion cannot be refunded, except in cases where cancellations are due to weather conditions. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the entire trip cost will be charged to your card.
