You can cancel at no cost if done at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any other personal items you might need during the trip, such as snacks.
