You can cancel without any fees up to three days prior to your scheduled trip, and the payment will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than three days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
