Once you’re comfortably aboard and Captain Robby fires up the engines, you'll head a few miles offshore where a variety of fishing techniques await, including trolling and deep-sea dropping. The species you target will vary depending on the distance traveled offshore and the season, with a primary focus on prized game fish like Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, and Wahoo. Additionally, anglers can pursue species such as Black Grouper, Amberjack, Sheepshead, Cobia, and others. Longer trips offer greater opportunities to diversify your catch and target specific species.
Captain Robby ensures a fully equipped outing by providing premium rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses—all necessary for a successful day on the water. After your adventure, he’ll also prepare your catch by cleaning and bagging the fish for you to take home. Your only responsibilities are to bring along your preferred lunch, snacks, beverages, sunblock, a towel, and your camera to capture the memories. With everything else handled, Captain Robby guarantees a memorable saltwater fishing experience in St. Augustine.
