You can cancel without any fees if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your card.
All essentials are provided, including bottled water. However, I suggest bringing a small soft-sided cooler stocked with your own drinks and snacks, along with sunscreen for your protection.
