You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and you will get the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel within a week of the trip, the deposit paid to the guide will be non-refundable. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your card.
