You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and will be given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your card for the total trip amount.
