Captain Allen holds an official marine captain certification and brings more than two decades of expertise fishing and navigating the stunning waters around the Florida Keys. Based in Little Torch Key in the Lower Keys, he has access to spectacular local fisheries teeming with a wide variety of delicious and exciting fish to catch. In addition to his captain credentials, Allen is also certified as a BLS/CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor, qualified to re-certify not only captains but also healthcare professionals such as nurses and doctors.
We enjoyed an incredible spiny lobster fishing adventure with Captain Allen, spending roughly three hours snorkeling to catch them. Don’t underestimate the challenge, especially late in the season. The water was fairly shallow, around 4 to 5 feet, and we relocated three times to find new spots with larger lobsters. While we ended up keeping only two that met legal size requirements, the outing was still fantastic. Captain Allen’s expertise had us right where the lobsters were hiding! This experience was an absolute must-try — Allen’s knowledge and guidance made it easy and fun, surpassing all our expectations and creating memories to cherish. We’d gladly do it all again.

You can cancel your booking without any fees up to three days prior to your trip and have the amount credited to your account. If you cancel within the three-day window before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
