You can cancel without any fees up to 7 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within a week of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
