You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will result in the guide retaining the deposit. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full price will be charged to your payment method.
All essentials are provided, including rods, tackle, bait, ice, water, and snorkeling gear for relevant trips. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, appropriate clothing for the weather (such as long sleeves), and any other personal items you may need during the trip.
