You may cancel your booking without any charge up to three days before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of your trip, the deposit paid to the guide will not be refunded. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
Please bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, and drinks. Note that there is a $10 fee for using the boat ramp.
