About Your Guide

Captain JP grew up in Islamorada, located in the Florida Keys, where fishing has been a lifelong passion. Coming from a family of avid anglers—including his father, grandfather, and cousins—he naturally embraced the sport. His paternal grandparents immigrated from Cuba in the 1940s, and it was his grandfather who introduced him early on to the joys of fishing, instilling a deep appreciation for both the sport and the ocean. Fishing, in all its forms, remains his true passion. He is excited to guide you and can accommodate a flexible start location for your trip. Having experienced several other charters, this one stood out as particularly enjoyable. Mike was an excellent captain, and Moose was always ready to assist at every step. We highly recommend this team for an unforgettable experience.
