You can cancel without any charge up to 60 days prior to your trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within 60 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
All necessary equipment is provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal gear you wish to use during the trip. Please note, a port fee of $40 USD per boat is not included.
