You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 60 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made within 60 days of the trip will result in the loss of your deposit, which will be given to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will require payment of the full trip cost directly to your card.
All necessary gear will be provided for you. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any personal equipment you'd prefer to use during the trip. Please note, a port fee of $40 USD per boat is not included.
