You can cancel without any charges up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and receive a credit applied to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
There’s no need to worry beforehand, except for obtaining a valid Florida fishing license and having it with you. Additionally, you must complete the Shark Fishing Permit course, which is offered free of charge by the FWC.
