You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and a credit will be applied to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your card.
