You can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within the last 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full payment being charged to your card.
