You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least three days prior to your trip, and any applicable credit will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within three days of your scheduled excursion, your deposit will be forfeited to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip, as well as no-shows, will result in a full charge to your payment method for the total trip cost.
