You can cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest that you also bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you'd like to use during the trip.
