You can cancel without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and your account will be credited accordingly. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any other personal items you may need during the trip.
