You can cancel without any charge if done at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be returned as credit to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelations made on the day of the event or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing along sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any personal equipment you wish to use during the trip.
