You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 14 days before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
