Fishing has been a passion of mine since childhood. Having spent countless hours on Grand Traverse Bay, I know its waters intimately. When I'm not out guiding clients, you can find me competing in fishing tournaments or exploring new spots to enhance future adventures. I've participated in competitions across Michigan, proudly earning a spot on the state team for the last two consecutive years and advancing to regional events. I chose to become a guide because I cherish the time spent on the water and enjoy teaching others, especially kids, as fostering the next generation of anglers is important to me. You may cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and a credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within two weeks of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your payment method.
All essentials are provided, but we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional items you might find useful during the trip.
We fish in a variety of prime locations including bridges and patch reefs around Islamorada, as well as the flats and mangrove islands found in Florida Bay and Everglades National Park, extending out into the Gulf.
Our vessel is a 20ft Pathfinder bay boat that offers a smooth, comfortable ride, making it ideal for families. It’s also specially designed to navigate very shallow waters with ease.
