You can cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip fee being billed to your card.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you prefer to use during the trip.
