You can cancel without any charges up to 7 days prior to your trip and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be forfeited to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your payment method.
