You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to the trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your card.
