You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancelling less than 14 days before your trip means your deposit will be retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip amount will be billed to your card.
