You can cancel at no cost if done at least 10 days prior to your trip, and a credit will be issued to your account. If you cancel within 10 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failures to show up will result in a full charge to your card for the trip amount.
